At Apex Motosport, we are proud to offer what we believe to be true industry leading customer service. Please take a moment to browse our store policy below. Remember we are always available to answer any questions you may have.

 

No Restocking Fees!

Our policy is all new for 2014! No Restocking Fees, Free Shipping on all Orders. Learn more about our policies in the text below!

 

Returns and Exchanges Made Easy:

Step #1) Please contact us and request an RMA Number at Returns@apexmotosport.com for any eligible item. (Item cannot be used or installed, must have original packaging/tags and no more than 30 days from the date you received the item. These are the Cliff Notes, see the full details below.)
Step #2) Place a NEW ORDER for the item/items you need.
Step #3) Once the merchandise you returned arrives we REFUND you 100% using your original method of payment after the item is inspected (typically happens within 48 hours of receiving your item). Please note this process may take from 2 to 14 business days.
FREE SHIPPING: If the new order qualifies there is no charge for shipping on the exchange back to you. (See Our Shipping Policy Here) You are only responsible for shipping the items to use here in Miami FL.
Note: please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiples of the same or similar items with the intention of returning the majority of the order. If you need assistance choosing the right size etc., please contact us and we will be happy to help!

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund to Store Credit or Full Refund (Specially Marked Closeout Items may qualify for Store Credit Only) using your original method of payment. (Yes, 100% of the original purchase price less the shipping expense we incurred getting the product to you.)
All products returned must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags included. Once the items are ridden in or installed on the bike we are unable to take them back. The only exception to this would be defective items. (Please see Warranty Terms below)
Alaska, Hawaii, APO and International orders do not qualify for free return shipping.
Our No Hassle Policy applies to Closeout and Sale items, shop with confidence.
Eligible returns or exchanges must be arranged within 30 calendar days from shipping date.
The return or exchange must be shipped back to Apex Motosport within 10 business days from receipt of RMA#.
We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee when the item in question does not meet our return criteria. An example of this would be missing or damaged packaging and or abuse of the return policy by ordering multiples of the same item in varying sizes.

 

No Returns or Exchanges On:

Electrical items where the box has been opened and or the part has been installed. (If the part was defective that would be handled under the manufacturers warranty).
Used merchandise of any sort. Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. If you install the parts or ride in the gear at all it is used and cannot be resold.
Special order items and or any item made to a custom spec (custom size, color etc…)

 

Parts, Tires & Tools:

Tires may be exchanged if unused. We do not refund or credit the actual shipping we paid to get the tires to you.
Any tools removed from the original package may not be returned.
Any part that shows signs of being installed may not be returned.

 

30 Day Price Match Guarantee:

If there is a price drop on an item you purchased from us less than 30 days from the time we made the pricing adjustment we will issue a store credit for the difference.
This includes closeout items as long as we have the EXACT size, color and model you had purchased inside that 30 day period.

 

Warranty:

No warranty, written or implied is made on any products made or sold by Apex Motosport. All descriptions given by Apex Motosport as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Apex Motosport cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Apex Motosport shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.
For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Apex Motosport will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of it’s ability as customer service is our top priority.
All items that are returned to Apex Motosport for manufacturer warranty consideration must have shipping paid to and from our warehouse.
